YouTube has a mobile site in which you can select video and play them via RTSP on your phone. There is a Warning when you access the web site for the first time: “YouTube Mobile is a data intensive application. We highly recommend that you upgrade to an unlimited data plan with your mobile service provider to avoid additional charges.”
