Apr 19th, 2008 | By CentroN | Category: PredictionsLegends of science fiction continue to leave this world. A prominent British science fiction author, inventor and futurist, Arthur Clarke, was best known for his work in literature. A science fiction author often becomes a prophet, because such authors write about future and even make predictions, which subsequently become a reality. On the other hand, a science fiction author does not predict the future, but invents it. Sometimes these inventions become materialized, which earned Clarke the reputation of a futurist.
